Where to get Dynamat Xtreme cheap?
#1
I have been looking around the net for Dynamat Xtreme. I have found alot of places in the US that have it for a descent price but nowhere in Canada (The Zeb has it for $130 shipped for a bulk pack but the cheapest in canada I have found is $275 plus tax plus shipping from B-Quiet). I need 4 bulk packs (each bulk pack is 36 square feet) so goes anyone know where I can get dynamat xtreme bulk packs for a descent price?

because it isn't as good. dynamat has been proven in SPL installs...brown bread hasn't...the only test that brown bread won in was using symbols or something and a peice of deadener on it...yeah that resembles bass in a car alot lol...a test shown on the dynamat site that shows actual acoustic values from standardized tests by an independant group showed dynamat meets its specs for acoustic loss and brown bread doesn't

Oh that unbiased test on the Dynamic Control site eh?
Performance/$$$ is better with BrownBread than Dynamat Extreme. And if I said forget $$ then it would be Cascade ALL the way.
I'd use Dynamat if it was free but, well, yeah

I haven't seen Dyna Excreme at a better price than SD. That's paying for a brand name for you.
Then again, it's not as expensive as say, Cascade or Second Skin, if you're really that hardcore.
"Proven in SPL installs"...sounds like a similarity to the way Monster pushes its product.

I do have to agree though, the dynamat extreme made an insane difference in my car. mind you when you drive tupperware on wheels (saturn) pretty much anything you do will make a difference. I found however that the extreme sticks way better than the cascade stuff (VB2 fell off in the winter, at -50 extreme hung in there). Keep looking shocking, you're bound to find a deal somewhere.
