I have a Polyglass 27V 11" Focal Sub that needs the foam surround replaced.
But I just found out from the local Focal distributor (Karz) that Focal no longer have recone parts for these subs. S0... where do you get parts or service for these subs?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try SpeakerCity. They recone speakers and are a Focal dealer I believe.

Might have to concede to using non-Focal parts. Although, with it being a weird size like it is (11"), you might just be hooped.

If you drop the sub off at the store, we'll do our utmost to locate the appropriate surround for that woofer, having said that, it may also take some time to locate the appropriate part, but we should be able to do that. We have 3 sources for surrounds, one of them should be able to help.

I've had great service from Focal in the past. There's always a simple solution to a complex problem.

yeah..... I had good service before from Karz too.. till this problem came up! But I think Its Focal's decision or doing on the parts issue tho.

looks like its going to be next week.. before I could pick both of them up. They're fixing the one with a minor problem.(loose dust cap) and its not ready yet.
