Wheres KEF now days homies???

Guys,

I remember KEF speakers were making for car audio many years ago but i havnt really heard much of them now days does anyone know where or what happened to them???

I know they were pretty top range in SQ speakers and pricy aswell

it's been a long time, funny that their website still has information on their 80's line. It was good stuff back in the day.

I haven't seen new KEF car product since maybe the late 90's?

Their home line is using a coincidental driver (like Theil and tannoy) which would be a good coax for the automotive environment. Though I think I prefer the Theil and Tannoy solution in the home from my listening tests.

Well last time when KEF was selling car audio was back in 1995 my brother brought there 6X9's and Components brand new was pretty expensive...I seen a set of new Components on Ebay few days ago but item location was Hong Kong was bit suss could be fake KEF stuff
