Who carries Clifford?

I have a customer wanting a car alarm with a anti carjacking feature. From what I understand of it, customer is driving along, someone opens door to steal car, orders person out, takes car. The alarm shuts down after "X" number of seconds or unless proper security code is put in. If someone is familiar with this type of alarm or similar, I kinda need the info please.
I also need to get ahold of the Soundstream rep (Stephen IIRC), someone drop me that number as well please.
