i am repairing one of there amps it has an oddball transistor i need
they aren't listed in marketnews
i phone and left a dozen messages at Newwave
as they are the audiobahn distributor
havn't recieved a call back and nobody answers the phone
no phone number on the ma website or listing of canadian distributor
i emailed them last week
guess what no email returned
nice service

What markings are on the transistor?

what is the case size? and where in the circuit is it used?

I used to be in the service industry for many years and have some great cross referance resources.

the part number is a105
which i presume is 2sa105
case type is about the same as a SOT54
cross i came up with was a nte and it was a geranium which this isn't
i tried www.datasheetarchive.com and nothing and it usually is a very good site

New Wave is no longer the distibutor of Audiobahn. Automobility is now the new happy home of Audiobahn. Should be a step in the right direction.

automobility is collecting more lines?
as in a better place
newwave has to be pretty bad for automobiliy to be a better place

automobility is grabbing up everything they can get there hands on it seems.

automobility has virtually no stock for audiobahn products... not a great way to say "Hi, we're your new distributor" to their current dealers. I know of one dealer who's losing sales because he can't get product in that people want.
