In the ribs. Most times that's whats actually rattling. The sheet metal against the ribs.

Just be sure to buy the lowest expanding foam you can. Otherwise the metal will bow.

I would check out the B-Quiet stuff - great value (a lot less expensive than Dynamat and works just as well as far as I am concerned).
