If Maxxsonics has the money, why not? So long as the product continues to rock!
I would agree but generally when a manufacturer of, let's say "budget concious", brands buys a higher end one that the higher end one loses credibility.
Two examples would be Lanzar (ok, never HIGH end but used to be credible pre-Pyramid) and HiFonics.

C'mon Duck, I'm being optimistic that nothing like that would happen. I WANT Mb Quart to succeed - it was the first 'high end' speakers I ever bought, and I still have several pairs in use.

I use to be a huge fan of Quart, the PWD 304's are one of my al time fav subs. But I just don't think they have to offer what others do today.

Distribution in Canada is not about to change - we have committed to MB Quart and will continue to stand behind the product. We finally got our shipments from Germany of the new Quart products and a lot of our dealers that have seen the new products are very excited to see what they have come to bat with.
There will be new subwoofer product coming - but you probably wont see anything until CES in January.
The new product looks great - is priced well - and will sound as good or better than before.
Quart was one of the first high end speaker brands - and the new products hold their own.
