I have a Cadence component set..its an older model set and I was going to use 2 amps (one for the mids and one for tweeters). since I do not have a 4 channel amp. The passive crossovers have an amp input on them, and I was wondering if I connected both amps to the input if it would possibly damage it?

They have seperate inputs on the crossovers for each amp? If they do, then yeah, that'll be fine.. I'd see if you could track down a used active crossover for cheap
