Head Unit? Anyone know if this has been talked about before with mtx and why they havnt produced one yet. Its seems to me that Rockford is a big competitor with MTX but they sell a head unit possibly keeping them ahead to consumers. Personnaly i look at quality so even tho mtx doesnt have a deck in their line they still exceed RF's products if u ask me.

RF's head units have always been made by other people and in general there is no money in decks so why bother getting into the game. RF decks have always been made by Delco, Clarion and Denon.

HyundaiguyMTX, Mitek Corperation has in the past offered head units under the Coustic Car Audio name. MTX focus at this point is not on head units and I have no information indicating they will build them in the future.

Good to see you are happy with the product.

Actually when Mitek purchased Coustic Car Audio line we stopped the production of indash radios. It is doubtful that MTX will make a headunit anytime soon.
