Wiring Q's

Before I install my front components I had a quick question on the best location. The tweeters are going in the factory locations on the doors inboard on the mirrors. The midranges are going in the factory locations as well (lower front corners of the doors). For the crossovers I was thinking about putting them under each of the front seats to keep them out of the doors. Am I going to lose any quality by doing this or does anyone have a more suitable location in mind? It's a 98 Jeep Cherokee in case anyone is interested.

under seat, under dash, glove box, trunk, doesn't matter.

dry and away from interference is all that counts

running a pair of Pioneer TS-C160R's up front and a pair of Pioneer TS-D161R's in the back. I didn't figure it would make any difference but just wanted to double check with the brains :-)
