I have a 10" pioneer shallow mount in a sealed enclosure, 200 rms and 800peak powered by a kenwood mono 300rms 1000peak and an ok pioneer head unit.

I installed the sub and amp with a new wiring kit and ran a new ground and power wire for the head unit, everything worked great for a couple of days and now if the sub hits hard once the amp shuts off. On very low settings the set up will run for hours regardless of volume on high settings as soon as you turn it up it hits and the amp shuts down. I went back through and checked everything, the sub and amp have been tested with other vehicles and work great so something is up with my wiring. What do I need to do to figure out where my issue is so I can get it fixed up?

Your configuration looks well and I think this should work out properly. Checking the proper flip out radio, will be more beneficial. I hope you enjoy a nice audio in your car.
