Worst customer service ever

Long story short

I asked for a TC9 quote for CANADA - didn't get an answer and the sale ended

After posting that I missed the deal, I got an answer- Quote: $205 shipping included - the address was clearly indicated when I asked for a quote ...

2 weeks went by but no answer... I call TC for an update... They tell me it wasnt sent yet because they were waiting for me to pay...... because they didn't know I lived in canada (like if there was NO WAY TO CONTACT ME)

after explaining that i bought it because of the quote price, heather (sales woman) AGREED to send it after making me feel bad about myself because she would be paying the difference

a week went by and i asked for a tracking number... no answer... i called and she gave it to me

after checking the status i noticed that the sub was sent back because the forms werent filled correctly... i call back and heather tells me that the sub got damaged and she MIGHT send another one...

4 days after i called back to know what's happening with my order... heather then spilled the beans and said that her manager wont let her send me the sub

I've never seen service as bad as this...

I asked for a full refund because this was just too much.... I got my money back with about 7$ less because she said that paypal charges money (like I have to pay for her irresponsability)

I called back a minute after and her secretary said that she wasn't there... when I asked for the manager she came running to the phone and tried to get rid of me as fast as possible (i got my 7$ back)

this is clearly the worst customer service experience i've ever had and I know where never to buy a subwoofer from

I have heard this before about them when I was looking at them as an option to build subs.

If I ever bought from them, the first thing I would do is rip back the label to see who elses it was...

TC makes some very nice products and they could do much better, if only they could eliminate all this dumb things happening. I'm puzzled why CS issues are still around for them. The best way to get a TC built product is to buy from other companies that use them, either small companies like Sound Splinter, SI or buy Eclipse .
