OK, I don't know if this is a good deal so i'm looking for a opinion.

I wouldn't. For $150 you can pick up a Apline Type-R thats 500W RMS. IIRC xbox's run about $200 and up (I dont think your's is an elite, so probably $200). Unless you think your xBox is going to RROD, then you couldn't get rid of it fast enough.

 

Where can I get a type R for 150$ ?
