Xtant 4180c? Is it any good?

I remember reading about xtant years ago before mtx bought them and they were supposed to be really good. I'm not familiar with that line though, can anyone voice a oppinion on these amps specifically the 4180c?

It was a great amp, we sold a couple of them. The build quality was great, it was expandable with plug in modules and had more than enough power. It was a nice change in style as compared to everyone else. What is going against it now, availability to repair with the proper parts as it is becoming a older unit and availability of finding any of the plug in modules.

Lots of choices now. My favorites are becoming the new generation of ICEpower class D design employed by Pioneer Premiere and Eclipse (the people who were first to market with it).
