I am seriously considering getting a memphis amp to drive my 2- 10's. The power reference series( which is apparently entry level)or the M class...just your thoughts and/or experiences..

thanks

They are quality but I think they are too expensive.

I like my small memphis, and have flirted with getting one of the bigger ones off and on.

Everyone I have spoken to that is unbiased has nothing bad to say about them...

They are generally regarded as a good 'bang for your buck' amplifier.

I was very happy with my ST1000d (same as the M class). I would highly recommend them. I don't have any experience with the PR series though.
A used M1000D can be had for ~$375. $650 for a new one is pretty good.

650 new for a kilowatt of power is a good deal. I like the style and look of the Memphis amps.

But you know, Concept 1200D's go for 600 flat.
