Power master batts and transco 911 regulator. it is external reg with adj voltage

I have a powermaster alternator with the adjustable regulator built in. Adjustable from the backside of it. Hook up 2 of the step down converters to the vehicles electronics. Main starter wire goes to the 16 volt bank or to a 12 volt battery if you decide to keep it in.

thanks for the info.
by chance has anyone used the (Team CS 9000)batteries by cactus audio.
wondering if they are worth the money.

Soundigital 09-05-2008 01:50 PM

Nice people, can anyone give a link of these external regulators?

About the batteries a very good one seems to be Stinger 2150.

MadGreen 09-05-2008 02:00 PM

Stinger 2150 very good battery for the over all cost.
but i want something better.
thats why i was looking at the cactus batteries.:)

JordyO 09-05-2008 02:01 PM

Neither the Cactus CS9000 or the Stiger 2150 are 16v batteries... :dunno:

MadGreen 09-05-2008 02:06 PM

so i guess its back the the powermaster batteries.

anyone know of a location in Canada to get powermaster batteries.

Soundigital 09-05-2008 02:18 PM

We tested 5x haze 18Ah in parallel and not were better than a 2150.

I do not know what batteries are inside a Cactus, anyone knows?

Dale at Custom in Cranbrook B.C.may have some 16v ones still. It will save you alot of duty headache too.
