the truck is a 99 gmc jimmy 2dr, 0 guage wiring, yellow top battery, 200amp alternator, 1 farad cap, truck is almost fully done with brown bread

I think it sounds good, watch the amp, I hear they blow easy, even the d2's from recent years have a tendancy to blow.

yes the setup you have could be very loudI have a D3 (phd3) and have 2 12" american bass 1 batt and I am hitting 151+ db if you want to see some big # for SPL I would suggest having some SPL people in your area help you with box designs. Like prolifik said in another post make sure you give it enough batt power, I would have another batt in your car so your amp doesen't blow up

im thinking of ordering the subs from ebay, this online e bay store sells them for like 140 canadian each which is a good deal, plus i guess 60 to ship it and were at just over 200 for a 15" kicker l5, what you guys think? heres the store
