2 or 4 ohm Kicker l7
Hey guys im ordering a new kicker l7 and it will be going in a ported box and i will be powering it with a kicker zx 1000 or zx1500 havent decided yet and i will be running it off a pioneer deh 5900 and i am not sure what to get the 4 or 2 ohm model i want what ever would be best for my application and ap thanks, jeremy

Dual 4, so you can run it at 2 ohms, and get full power out of your Kicker amp.

if you get a dual 2 ohm config you'll be able to run with an amp at a 1 ohm load. Really no advantages of either . Just depends on what amp you plan on getting and if it will run the recommended power at whatever impedance your sub is wired to.

Subs have to match the amp.
If you get the KX1500, you need two dvc2 to get 1500 w rms @ 2 ohm. If you get the TX1505D, you need two dvc4 to get 1500 w rms @ 1 ohm. |

well what would you suggest for a reasonable prics for something thing that would be as good or better?

depends on what your budget is like .... i'm sure you can find better ... let me know i'm sure i or others can help you choose
