I built my last box though it was simpler than what I'm trying to do now because I just had to pop in the Aeroport, instead of building a vent into the construction.

Did all my measurements and then bought my MDF from Home Depot and had them cut all the individual pieces to the right size. Borrowed a jigsaw for the driver, port and terminal cutouts. Bought a box of screws, contact cement, silicone and varnish. Never did end up carpeting it, though I want that done this time around.

Just got home from an installation shop. The guy is going to get back to me on a quote after I get all the specs and info for him.

Guess I just gotta wait now and think about what looks like the best route to go.
