You will be eating your words durka cause we will be LOUD soon enough notice the name of the thread the BEGINNING I don't even have power yet so I say 148 is not to bad to start with. And ya my box is just to big as of now so goin to cut it down to 20cubes or so and keep the 1000sq" of port to start.

So you say brotha I for one LOVE SPL but your right 150+ on music is just insane lol. But thats not my thang.

tried running it at 1 ohm it would go into protect

only some ap3ks will run at 1 ohm have to be lucky and get the right one haha

Ya we tried jalat got to vol.25 of 60 and it would go into protect. I think it was well on its way to 150 though got to 146 at that volume. I don't have the best electrical yet also so that probably don't help.

play with the settings in the amp . lpf should be all the way up . gain set to about half . hpf need to be off. see your # then adjust the hpf up a notch and go from their. if it goes back into protect lower the hpf. it worked for me when i first started out and should for u. once u find your setting do not touch the gain. it will only distort the subs and hurt them.
