Best Amp For Kicker L7's?

Hi, I currently returned my 5500 watt Kole audio amp, and im considering buying a amp that is pushing at least 1700 watts @ 4ohms. People have been saying soundstream is a good company and so is hifonics. I just want a mono amp that is high in power and alright in price ( 200 - 500$ range). Thanks.

why not wire the subs at 2 ohms. and find a amp that as 1700+ rms at 2 ohms. kickers 1500 watt amp would probally do yeah well. i tihnk on the birth sheet for that amp they tested it and it actually like 1900 watts rms at 2 ohms. and on ebay there pretty cheap

Have you already purchased the L7's? .. if so, what impedance are the coils?

2600 would be too much for a single L7.... I'd go with 1200w at the very most if you're running it daily for music.

So if it's dual 2 Ohms... why not buy an amp that's stable at 1 Ohm? ... Take a look at the Sundown SAE-1000D ... perfect for the sub and a good product at a good price

im running 2 subs @ 1700 Watts @ 2ohms. Setup will be doing mid august, late august . Ill have some videos. Going in a kicker made box with a 7" port and in a 2000 forf focus, which the box barely fits in.
