i predict that the powerout put will be the same in all 3 amps but ab and e audio amps will be more sensitive to the ohm load and voltage drops.

Well I really would like to see what the differences are between all 3. I'm sure a lot of others would like to know as well. This might be the only chance there ever is to get all 3 in a test at the same time.

We can discuss how you'll test the limits of them. I'll just check the warranty on both amps before we do anything too crazy.

My guess is that they will be very close to the same in a street set-up, but the eaudio and the SPL dynamics might be .1 or .2 loude. At 16 volts, I think the SPL dynamics and eaudio amps will be louder by a little more.
The eaudio were the first amps to get the upgraded transformers from the factory, but I think SPL dynamics does a few mods to theirs, so I think those two should be about equal. I think AB just takes theirs stock from the factory, but I don't know for sure.

The only thing that I can find different between the ab 200.1 and the spl is the ab has 4 small caps in the place of 2 of those blue box thingys. By the way what does the transformers look like?

The transformers are just another name for the torroids. It is hard to tell if they have been changed though, because even adding 20-30 wraps can make a big difference in voltage transformation, and you can't tell the difference without unwinding the torroid. I think there are differences under the board as well where the outputs connect to the rails. I am going to talk to the manufacturer sometime this week and see if they will tell me the differences between them.

those blue boxes are also capacitors ,the transformers are the large coils of wire.
all three amps are virtually identical just different grades of components

I have an Audio precision meter I can use to test it as well as my own Tougher meter.

Can't wait for more test results I am looking for more power for my 10" in my car. TY

Are these the advertized specs for that eaudio amp? If so email me a price too.

1000rms at 4ohm with 14.4V = 1% THD
2000rms at 2ohm with 14.4V = 1% THD
3000rms at 1ohm with 14.4V = 1% THD
5000rms at 1ohm with 18V = 10% THD
Input Sensitivity : 0.2V ~ 6V
Subsonic Filter : 10Hz ~ 50Hz @ 24dB
Low pass Filter : 35Hz ~ 250Hz @ 24dB
Phase shift : 0 ~ 180
Input Slave / Output Master two amps Linkable connector
Minimum Load for Linkable power : 2 ohm
Efficiency : 82%
Damping factor : 150
Dimensions:294(W) x 63(H) x 500(D)mm

Yes those are advertised specs, but most people run them at .175 or .25 ohms for burps.

Once you guys get your AB amps back and have the EXT 3000 hooked up also, can you test which one burps lower?

The E 3000D's could not bur p.25 ohms, we had to roll it up, and then it went into protect once enough input voltage was applied.

I'd be interested to know which ones can burp lower.
