Busbars on SAE Posts?
The terminals I used looked pretty much exactly like those "custom made terminal" ones. I just put the bolt down through the aluminum instead. I actually tapped the aluminum, put the bolt into that, then a nut on the bottom as well. Did a similar thing for my other truck as well also using the threaded stud on the blue tops. These ones aren't fully done yet though.

What a great thread. Sort of makes you thunk yourself in the forehead and say "Why didnt I think of that"? OK, well, YULI and you thought of it obviously, but I meant myself
can i give a little input if i may,
if this is the rout you choose to go, i'd suggest you bend the bars to go down and around the endge of the battery instead of sicking out past the battery on both sides.

That first pic is gorgeous. Looks like someone works in a machine shop, or knows someone who does.
worldind: I have new positive and negative Knukoncepts terminals similar to the items shown in Yuli's second pic.
They each take three 1/0 AWG cables. I dont have them for sale or anything, but pm me if its something you could use.

I see. Nice work for just a drill press. If I still had machine shop connections (precision aerospace) I'd get the guy to program a few diffeent sizes, knock out about 10 of each on CNC and sell em here for cost plus a case of beer.
Other than what Yuli said, the only other thing is those big plates in later pics are a bit close together. Very handy for welding a wrench to your ring finger
