Up-date time...came from work today straight to the shop and hauled ***! Im trying to make the 20th show.

So..the gf and I resined the box


While we did that, Tim helped by finishing the battery tray. It sits 9" below the floor, after this pic the floor was trimed in around the batterys.
This was just a test fit for the tray, another 10 batterys will sit on top.


heres a better view into the wall through the drivers side, this is just the first coat of resin and will do for now until i get busy testing.

I know the port is small, its 10.5" wide and it should be around 16" wide (550"^2)....right now is only 362"^2

i glued the cone, surround and dustcap on the second sub. heres a pic of glueing the cone down....subs are in, just need to wire everything up and some other final "temporary" touches!!
