NEW KINETIK KHC800 POWER CELL CAR AUDIO BATTERY HC800 - eBay (item 300218822762 end time Apr-27-08 21:00:44 PDT)

how about that battery?????? its said to have the power of a 200 farad cap but this is really what i plan on saving up to run, i want to run two of those "PIONEER PREMIER TS-W3001D4" to a hifonics HiFonics BXi amp which gives out "2000 wrms" or the 1600 rms one.. i dont have the money to do all this at once with school and all but i been thru a lot of small systems like 2 12' cliff design and 2 12' rockford fosgate p2's and this one sub i got right now pounds better than all those and louder... like they say u get what u pay for...

but yes would this battery able to give me the constant power? thanks for your replies

the big three are wires under your hood that you need to upgrade. The wire from the alternator to the battery, the wire from battery to ground and one other one I can't remember. You just make run them with thicker wire so you don't get as much power loss. Just get an optima yellow top or something similar (odyssey pc1700) whatever is the biggest battery you can fit. Caps don't really do anything other than cost you money because they discharge too fast and they add resistance to the line so that the voltage your amp sees is lower just because the cap is in there

Yes... the Kinetik would be a good battery to buy.

...... and to finish the post above this one.. the 3rd wire of the 'big 3' is from the engine block to ground.

(there is no such thing as the little 3... )
