i wouldnt bother with the fans. every amp gets hot, thats normal.
my D10's have fans in them but i never seen them turn on.

you have to run an amp for more then 3 sec at a time

i have, i've ran them for hours at 1.5 strapped. they get warm but fants dont come on.
