a few questions about db drag rules

i cant seem to find anywhere in the db drag racing 2007 Rules & Regulations about sound deadening material.

ill be in street A
i just bought my 86' nissan crew cab and i was planning on buying a 100 square foot of fat max sound deadening. im hoping i can get atleast 2 layers, but i dont want to violate the rules, anyone know what the rule is?

and another thing i was wondering is if running multipe runs of 1/0 power and ground is really necessary when ill only be using 1 PCA3500D thats rated at 3500 rms at 1 ohm, with an Atomic ELE 12.
if it is necessary how many runs would be sugested?
i plan on doing the big 3 with 1/0. and getting the kinetic KHC 2400 and beefing up my alt.

-id try for atleast 4 runs of 1/0

-try to get an optima g31 or stinger 2150 over the kinetic 2400

-that soundstream amp has a very very good repuation of blowing up...id avoid it at all costs

that power wire is going to be sweet as its a very short run to the back seats. I loved my truck when the stock battery was in the back. But ya the shorter the better IMO
