For the first time in db drag history and after proving time and time again that Canada has the most top scoreing competitors in North America, we have a shot at a World Finals right here, in our country!!

Who will attend this venue?

Who has enough pride as a Canadian to represent us from our own soil??

Who will begin competing, or come out of retirement to represent against the world?

Tell us here...give Don and psychoacoustics what they want to hear to make this happen.

One thing that might work: they need to ask for help too, nobody asked for SounDigital to be there or anything.

I don't know if I would attend, but I would for sure help it to happen.

Well personally I think no Americans being allowed to attend and there being another location so close going to make it harder for it to succeed we are in.

Personally I think all of you "SPL" competitors who are CANADIAN should pull you thumbs out off your ass's and show the world what you got.

We lost Audio Thunder.. everyone bitched.. nothing happened now for the last few years all of you have been bitching about having a WORLD FINALS in Canada now we have the chance for it and all you can ****in do is bitch some more... STAND THE **** UP AND SHOW THEM WHAT CANADA IS MADE OF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr illegal battery tray is me, i was razzing murilo. And murilo i spoke to you months ago and you told me soundigital wasnt in any position to help, and that youll be in the us location anyway. If this has changed id LOVE to see soundigital have a presence at our venue!!!

what is really sorry to see or hear is people like you, coming on here and bashing. I realize that you may be dissapointed about previously but, this is just the attitude that may have ruined the chances in previous years.

Finals would be awesome to have here, and it may not happen this year but were trying anyway. I want to hear from the positive gullible folk that would support a finals here because the people to impress are watching on this forum.

But aparently, like most SPL'ers you don't value experience, trial-and-error, and this-time-might-be-different-from-the-last-5-times-I-tried-the-exact-same-thing is much more valuable to you than experience.

So got some more input and info about this Canadian finals Don and company who seem to being spear heading this on a personal note you guys I hope you pull it off and it's a success cause if it is not I don't see it happening again for a long time or even ever. The guys that have always wanted this in the past you all were willing to drive hrs to finals so in one of the many parts needed for this to succeed these guy need to step up and compete all the negative attitude needs to stop and the Canadians competitors need to show up to the Canadian venue cause if it fails next year won't be one but state side there will be.

75 points and compete at the regional qualifier. Im glad to see all the haters and nay sayers have been almost eliminated. Thats whats needed here. Positivity.

the regional qualifier is being booked as we speak...Don has a location and a date...he will announce this as soon as he can...

Trying to insult people by saying that SPL competitors aren't a valuable member of society is not only trolling in its most blatant form but also shows nothing but complete ignorance.

I'm not going argue with you but I'm both an SPL competitor and have always BEEN a valuable member of society (unlike you who had to become one)

Btw.. despite you hiding behind a new user ID I know who you are. Claiming that you ever competed in SPL is a bit of a stretch. Going to a couple of shows doesn't mean you're a competitor.

This raises an interesting question though.

If this works out what happens to the show Aug 29th in Lindsay that is, for now, being billed as Eastern Canadian finals.

Does this become just a regular 3x?

Do these points count towards an invite for the regional?

is the regional gonna be in the u.s.?
