Oh don't get me wrong. I like passive crossovers. I just found it odd knowing you had all the active gear already.

JohnnyRock1588 06-10-2010 02:57 PM

just a quick question but what are you prefered crossovers points? and what points did you cross at during finals?

^^ I'm good, tx. 3 Kinetik HC1400's should cover my electrical needs. And 4 sh!ts and giggles. I'm upgrading my alt wire to 0/1 just in case - this completes my BIG 3.

The rest of the gear should be arriving in the next 2-4weeks. I'm trying my best to not make it look overly ghetto:smokin:. It's kinda hard with a sub amp that touches the roof of the car standing up:cheeky4:

StillPlayinLow 06-21-2010 12:36 AM

julian ur soft

jalat 07-15-2010 10:25 PM

any reason you choose not to go with the SA line from sundown?

durka_durka 07-15-2010 10:26 PM

cuz julians weak

avidedtr 07-15-2010 10:27 PM

The SA is just for my daily so don't have to drive around with 200lbs of 15's.
I like trying different things.

Ahhhh gotcha.

There has been much success with the SA line in the states when it comes to comp/daily use...

I think the 15"s complete the ' WOW ' factor though.

They will only come out of their storage space for shows. Ya I know, $1500 in subs sitting is retarded.

Everything is starting to take shape. Sundown SA-12 made it's way in the car briefly. Needs a spacer and some flare. The plan was to add a single Arc Audio 4200SE but after careful measuring it's not gonna happen. So I found some Zapco DC REF's, two 350.2's instead.

Box One OF Two complete(Except Terminal Cup, Wiring and resin)

Baltic Birch is the material with double 3/4" baffles and threaded rod for the side. Fiberglassed corners.

Going to see if my suspension can take almost 350lbs of cargo. Probably not :D

lpchouinard 07-21-2010 06:00 PM

love it! can't wait to see this thing in action
