I should be supporting Audiowaves as I sit here typing this with my Audiowaves shirt on and Focal hat BUT....depending on where your living right now....check out Whitby Hi-fi in Whitby and for 60 bucks grab a set of Coustic 4" 2 ways.

I put a set in my friend's car last summer after listening to his 6" JL CR's. The Coustics kicked the pants off the JL's in regards to getting loud...and actually, for a co-axil, the tweeter did not tear my head off when aimed into the windsheild.

You'd be happier with a hatchback for spl. Could be done in a Corolla too no doubt...

Even if they're retarded like my bro's '89, 1/4" wrench and a torx or star bit (the kind that go in universal screwdrivers). Hold the bit down with the tip of your finger and turn it with the box end of the wrench.

Damn, didn't notice there were two pages to this post, someone beat me to it.
lol 87 I've already gotten at the old speakers it was jsut a pain in the butt and couldn't get the top screws in because it was that annoying. The windshield gets RIGHT in the way.

Seriously though.. if you want to get loud, listen to Zach and get a hatch. You'll thank yourself later.

2001 Corollas aren't ugly man. </font>
Compared to an Echo or Tercel, no. Compared to anything else - yeah... The Camry isn't much better either... </font>
Even though I stand by my time-tested and true corolla, I have to say imo the new ones are awkward looking and the old ones are grand-father cars = ugly!!

Terri (131.7 dB Z24, right?), if you still need 4" speakers I have one infinity 452i lying around here somewhere...
