HIFONICS BXI-2607D 2,600 WATT Mono Block Class "D" Monster Subwoofer amplifier 2,600 x 1 RMS @ 1 ohm 1 ohm stable 1,700 watts @ 2 ohms Mosfet power outputs RCA Outputs Advanced Class Super "D" Setup All new efficient Heatsink Design Hifonics Logo Illuminates in bright neon illumination Power and Protection LED indicator Gold RCA Inputs Daisy Chainable (you can connect 2 amps and get double the power together) Built in advanced crossover system Balanced line inputs Soft Start Turn on for extra long lasting amplifier protection Subsonic bass filtration system Low Pass Filter: 35 - 240 Hz (24 Db PER OCTAVE) Bass Boost: 0 - 18 dB Phase Shift: 0 - 180 degrees 24 dB Subsonic Filter (15 - 50 Hz) Dimensions: 16.5" L x 10.39" W x 2.63" H S/N Ratio: >95dB THD: <0.08 Frequency Response: 2-250 HZ Requires 2 gauge power and ground leads (0 or 2 gauge amp kit) SOUNDSTREAM PCX2000D RMS Power @ 4 ohm: 1100W x 1 RMS Power @ 2 ohm: 1500W x 1 RMS Power @ 1 ohm Mono: 2000W x 1 TSTTM (Twin Stack Technology) Allows 2 amplifiers to power single load FR4 Circuit Board Mono-block Mosfet Class D Circuitry Continuously Variable Low-Pass Crossover Continuously Variable Subsonic Filter Variable 18dB Bass Boost Platinum RCA and Power Inputs 1 Ohm Stability Accepts up to 16V DC Power Input Glossy Black Hairline Anodized Heatsink End Caps for Professional Installation THD: 0.50% S/N ratio: >85 Damping Factor: >200 Input Sensitivity: 200mV-8V Subsonic Slope: 24dB Subsonic (Hz): 15 - 40 Low Pass Filter(Hz): 50 - 150 Low Pass Filter slope: 24dB Subwoofer EQ.: 0-18dB Phase (degree): 0 - 180 Remote Bass Boost Control included Dimensions:10"(W)x2.5"(H)x22.2"(L) the hifonics amp says it is made to be easy on your electrical system which is good but im not really sure about the amp its self because i have heard anything about them. i have always heard soundstream amps were well built but haven't tried there mono amps personaly. just looking for any input on these amps if anyone has some. thanks. |
I would suggest going with the hifonics. You will get more power out of it. But also i would suggest getting the 2608 model which is this years model, the boards and build have changed for the better.

ive used that line of soundstream amp before and they are solid, give more than rated power
ill add that ill be putting 2 of what ever one i choose to 2 10" tf1's when ever yuli gets some more in.
if its for 2 10's I'd get the bigger out of the 2 amps.

Friends dont let friends run mattsonics. lol
Would you say that to Team WCA, Rusty, Team Livewire, and many others using them. And its Maxxsonics not mattsonics.

maxxsonics is liek the parent company of hifonics, crunch, mmats, autotek
Maxxsonics owns Mmats? I know they have hifonics, crunch, autotek, MB Quart, but never heard anything about Mmats.
