the whole thing about aero ports is the flare thats what makes them so good.... it makes the air flow so much smoother.

The second pic looks much better. The other key to smooth airflow is to keep the port itself smooth and free of obstructions. The Tuck tape in the first pics isn't going to help you there.

I'm assuming it was temporary?

im pretty sure he used a heat gun with a bowl and some tuc tape

close man i used a burner and a pot lmao and even funnier i use the lid from my shop vac to make my 4" ports lol but hay what ever works right
