well i finally got my system working and i got it metered i managed a 143.1 on sweep, i have 2 kicker l7s and hifonics 2000 watt amp

the system is in a neon .. i have upgraded the big 3 ,, i didint have a bass cd with the proper HZ so the sweep was used ..

and idea anyone ?

 

how about some details about the box

 

the box was built by cicrate and it is built for spl also .. i dont know the dimentions of it thoo.

 

heres a pic of the box before i put the top on it

34 x 20 x 14.5 external... with port 13" x 6" x 27"

try makeing the 90% to a 45% with a canntstrip (a 45% pice of wood)

 

yep i suggested that to him when i first gave him the box, i also suggested putting a piece of pvc in teh corner of the port to round out that corner too

 

a piece 5" (or slightly smaller) wide would do nicely. the pvc pipe would have also worked great. you would problt see an improvemnt my elimination all the corners of the box and then glassing the inside of the box.

 

there ya go sin, your a body shop student lol add the 45 in the corner and the pvc then glass the inside

 

if the port wall was rolled at the end that goes into the box
