Just for the record, I've got LOTS to learn about 6th orders. They are almost impossible to get perfect without tonnes of testing and tuning even for someone who has designed several dozen of them. Bose has the only so called perfect formula patent on 6th orders and everyone else is trial and error.

I've been told they are very limited in bandwidth and once the efficiency is maxed out they don't gain for crap, even with tonnes of power.

i kinda thought it was impressive what i did with such little power and very high ohm rise lol.These guys are using 3 to 5 k and only 6 db ahead of me.Later today ill have some pic's up and ill be switching to a 600 rms amp so we'll see what happens on the term lab tonight

im doing my #'s at a muchhhh lover freq to tho im sure if i could burp in the high 50hz area it would be slightly louder lol

i had a 90 z24 with a trunk setup it worked really well but i was limited on room it tunned @ 56 hrz at the windsheild and did a 147.8 constant lol but i tell ya man it was the loudest 147 i have ever heard sounded more like a 150 it was sick

i had a 1994 cav befor this... i could get 15T 36W and 33D into it if i needed to haha had to cut the opening behind back seat alot tho..

So the new box is done but ran out of time to test ill have all the pic's plus some number up tomorrow night stay tuned guy's

WRONG....your in a trunk and no properly tuned trunk will peak much over 50hz. your tuning is due to poor calculating of the box "if you've tried as many as you claim" remember, box volume has the greater affect on frequency play than port tuning.
