Tough call...

I think about this alot too, but do you know what keeps me going? I just ask myself if it is still fun or not???
I think anybody that has been doing this for a while will tell you that this hobby is expensive, time consuming, sometimes stressful, and not as rewarding as one would think is deserved for all the money and work put in. But..... IT IS DAMN FUN!!!!! When you peel off a decent number you all of sudden forget what it took to get it, you just know you like it!!!
Also, for me, It's the people too, the shows and the little spl community we got going on, sure sometimes there are peckers out there, and we can all be like that, but overall it is a good group and we have alot of fun at shows and whatnot.
I know I would miss that if I quit, but for guys at your level you really have to justify what you are doing moneywise, more than almost anybody out there. But if it is still fun, and you still have goals to achieve, which I know you do, then you might have to just strap in and keep goin!

Besides, I can't even think of spl in Canada without the twins, it would be way too wierd!!!

Thanks for the kind words everybody. We were talking about this the other day. We think that with the lack of compettion is what is doing it for us. We should of went to Indy this year to have some head to head action instead of cali. It was cheeper for us but not as fun. But the friends is what we will is the most. Will give this season (2008) a go and see from there. The bright news for this new season is that we wont be spending any more money of equiptment, because we believe we have the best stuff you can get.
