it hink this rule has been in affect for a few years now, its just worded different this year.

what im getting at is, any amplifier with two power input and two ground outputs are illegal for dB drag use because is it two amps inside one case?

Example- the audiobahn ASPL5000 http://www.audiobahninc.com/products/AMPS/aspl5000.html

if so, is it the older zapco amps that are also prohibited, either way maybe add a list of others that are? just a question other might want to know, is this street only, or does this apply for all classes?

You're talking about the cirumventing the amplifier rule in street ruling.

It's any amp that is obviously made to bypass this rule.

IE, you are allowed 2 amps in Street B, you can not run a 4kw and call it one amp. It is circumventing the rule, because it is 2 amps bolted together and marketed as one amp.

Same with SPL Dynamics 4000.

Just because an amp has 2 power supplies does not mean it is 2 amps, so they are not illegal in street.

Also you may use a single SPL4000 or 4KW in Street B, or 2 in Street C, they are not banned, they are just counted as multiple amps.

As far as the other classes are concerned, there is not a single linear-by-design amplifier, not containing signal generators or external power supplies, that are illegal in dB Drags... in any class.

Actually, there is an illegal amp for dBdrags... it's called the dB Drag Queen, it has internal batteries, and runs around 10 Kw RMS

Right, because it has it's own power supply and incorporates a signal generator.

This falls into the restrictions I already posted above.
