I've seen the car before.
the owners name is Frankie Rios if I remember correct.
He's from Florida. His vehicle is a Lexus ES or GS 300.
I actually have some videos of his vehicle from SBN.

For the record he's got 12 Fi 12" and Clarion amps

pretty crazy stuff
