I know for a fact that some of the loudest bassrace machines use 4th orders... but if its pure SPL you are after, i'm sure a proper 6th order will do stupid numbers.

Ok to keep you guys updated. I have redone the face. The subs now are totally veridical.
Total port size is about 24" with 610 cubic inches of port area. Subs do not like this large *** box. Maybe on the weekend i will shrink the box down in half with a temp wall of 2x4 and try it again. Last nights highest # was 149.09 at 43hz.

Hey menace try putting big 45d angles in the corners it may help your numbers and will cut down the volume in the box also.
