id be interested in seeing some heads up competition between the L7 and the other squares..

i havent really heard either but from there spec sheets the L7s take more jam but i find the mtx squares quite a bit better looking witch matters alot to me but not every one

Yeah, I'd like to do my OWN testing ... just so happens that MTX is better, when they're trying to sell you the MTX product.

I ran Infinity Kappa Perfects long ago and at first was impressed with the output. More importantly I found them to be clear. They didn't seem muddy to me, but for the money you pay for them, there are most certainly better sounding woofers out there, and most definitely higher power handling and louder subs out there. I like mtx amps, but other than that I really could care less for their products. For some reason I am really drawn to the Rockford P2's. Definitely not high power subs, but I like the sound. Just my .02
