my latest, winter setup :P

WEll it starts off like this, my car...

The to the DD's that I won from here(thanks once again board sponsor's)

To a pic of my HU hiding.

Then My HU out

1 10" in a 4.5cft box tuned to 45htz, lol.

and 2 more to take up the space with a MA Audio HK amp, not bad for a winter thumping!!

Let me know what you guys think?

looks functional, I would cover the box or paint it or something. Unless you're a die hard spl'r, plain mdf boxes are ugly!!!

lol.... i dont like using up all my trunk space.... i like making the install easy to get out( bad for theifs) but with these damn saskatchewan roads you never know when you will get a flat tire and being winter now i would hate to be out there pissin around to get the stereo out of the way to get at the spare tire... lol

im still trying to figure out the ultimate install that will be hard to steal but easy to get at the spare tire lol..... i dont think its possible if you intend on having subwoofers... or atleast 2 12's like i got

^^
If trunk space is so important then just rip out the rear seats, as far as I can tell in my car they are just taking up space....

I guess it depends on the car. My spare is totally clear, but I had to use a sealed enclosure for my 12's...honestly I have not missed the port, it gets plenty loud. I do have a large car though(300M).
