need a good spl car, but..

im lookin for a car that would be good for spl, and that i would fit in, im 6'5 350, just wondering what u guys think would work good

gmc jimmy/blazer, ford explorer for suv's. I dont see why anyone 6 5 would want a car

school bus .j/k i'd look into an astro/safari van 87-94 era are the best imo, better being 87-91 if you can find one in good shape,not speaking from an spl point of veiw on the years but a mechanical point of view.(and they look better too),to me anyways

Yup, one of the few truly loud vehicles (street classes in particular) that he'd wedge himself into easily.
But I don't recommend a 1st gen. If the heads don't crack (and chances are excellent that they will), the auto trans will implode.
And yes, this is from personal experience.....

yea first gens have a lot of common problems..head cracking, lifter tick, auto hubs blowing up, auto tranny being . rear abs problems etc

my 91 wasnt too bad though..solid truck all in all. Was 5 speed though. Had lifter tick which was more of an annoyance than anything.

2nd gens are far superior as far as comfort and drivetrain go and theyre also fairly cheap.
