new box

well the box building FINALLY started, didnt get much done 2night as the little guy was sleeping but with the way the weather is looking for friday i dont think i will be wokring :P
the peices are jsut sitting here so its not alinged 100%

i hate when cordless drills die halfway through a project lol once its fully charged im gonna attach the back peice and silicone everything. I forgot to cut my corner pieces so im hoping to get that done tommorow and then i will try and squueze it into the car lol

i painted the port walls aswell but took the pics before that happend, seeing the box this much assembled makes me wonder if its gonna fit lol

also i was thinking of adding a triangle piece in the middle of the port at the back wall, anyone see any reason why i shouldnt? i dont think it will mess with hte tuning much at all

What program did you use to design that box? I see it has a template so you can make the most of your MDF board.

i think the person used Autocad to design on hte box, and i did up hte cuts on paint lol

rich all should be good for sunday unless i cant get it in my car lol

Cool. I was hoping that there was some program that would make the box template for you. I suppose I could try to remember some of my cad skills, haven't done anything like that in a looooooong time.

before you finish it all up you should add braces to that back wall. if anything i think tha would be the next piece to flex. but i may be wrong, maby you doubled up that piece and i just cant tell from the pics?

well i still have to add the corner pieces inside the box on the back wall and i was thinking about adding a V piece on hte back wall(in hte middle)
in this pic u can see the corner pieces that im talking about
