ok guys i will admitt that i am a newbie to SPL i thought Big box = big spl and i thought that manufacturer specs are the best to go by... i will admitt that i was wrong... so to start again you all think that i should start out with a box 2.25ft3... i am just woundering cus i called kicker and they told me that my L5 12" comes in a kicker made prefab that is 3.38ft3 net and tuned to 31hz and seeing that i am talking bout a mtx 6000 15" i am thinking that i will atleast need a box round 3.0ft3 -3.5ft3 net. please dont flame me i am asking questions looking for help and that is what the forum is for..
