simple,
keyur had that box at 2004 finals. he put some good power to it, we tested every single possible thing we could he pulled a 152.4, people took the box pic and coppied it hoping it would be loud. they were wrong. Keyur pulled the number b/c of the massive power that he had on the 17v set up in stock class. we got more spl out of his vehicle than the box. there is nothing special about the box, it has 2 subs in it and 2 holes where the air comes out from. but people are waaaay to lazy and dumb to think of their own boxes so they copy ANYTHING that looks loud or they believe to be a reason to be loud. no one knows that Keyur had over 6,000 RMS, no one knows Keyur had a 17v set up in stock class, no one knows that i sat inside of the van when he burped it and by me being inside and holding the glove box open gained like over 2 db's. no one knows any of this, all the idiots out there just jump on the box and copy, copy, copy. they saw it in a minivan but they start to stick it in every possible type of car hopping it will be loud b/c "they seen it do a 150+". whats worse is that these people start to claim the design as their own........THE BOX WAS MADE BY JON CHIASON, STOP CLAIMIN IT AS YOUR OWN DESIGN.

Jon C didn't invent the triangle box however he did design and build some of the best of them. They were also the first triangle boxes (other than the prefab bazooka boxes) in the competition scene. Designs like this come from people talking but it takes a person like Jon to build them properly. If you are looking to have one built, I recommend that you ask him.
What I don't understand is this. 2004 World finals... Keyur Patel competes with a Tribox and places 3rd. Who came 1st? A Saturn! Why would you copy a 3rd place box when you could have copied a 1st place Saturn.
