random ?

would a large sub in a large box show higher numbers in a smaller vehicle or larger?

It really doesnt matter how big or how small. It differs in vehicles, some will have better results will small boxes, as appossed to big boxes. Their are so many factors to consider. But normally bigger is usually louder.

it all really depends on your application wall or box and placement ... large seems to work best facing forward... small tends to work better loading of a surface.... like having it backwards in your trunk... like the guy above said alot of different factors including the sub that u use

what i was asking was would the same sub and enclosure make higher numbers in a large van, or the cab of a small pickup?

I'd have to guess that it'd be louder in the small pickup because of the smaller cabin, but it's impossible to be sure - as mentioned numerous times already, there's a shitwhack of factors to it.
