RE or Atomic subs
I have narrowed down my choices to either 2 15" RE HC's dual 2's or 1 Atomic APX dual 0.7's both are fresh recone never used the RE's will cost me $100 more than the single Atomic power will be from a HiFonics XX Collossus II 3200w at 1 ohm in my windstar so space is not an issue. What's the better setup to go with?

u do know the apx is a bad coil match for that amp, right? the amp does 3200 at 2 ohm mono, not 1 ohm.
go with the pair of RE's and run the amp at 2 ohm mono. i think it will be abit too much power for the RE's but your amp will be at a safe load. the amp is not really ment to work at anything lower than 2 ohm mono for daily. i had mine at 2.3 ohm daily and it would still get hot, never protected tho. sick amp btw.

That's what I was thinking... but I thought it might be alright to run with the atomic coils in series, doing tones. Maybe with box rise impedance would get high enough, but its probably not worth risking, and if you're doing daily driving then it's definitely a no.
However, I've never used the collossus and Yuli has the scoop, so I'll second the RE's.

I wasn't sure if it would handle 1.4 ohm load maybe i should get 2 of the Apx for a 2.8 load.I'm also not dead set on those what other options would I have in the $400-500 range?
