Re Mt 12" low output

Ok guys I really need your help.
I am really confused and dont know what to do.
Thanks to teamaerostar2 he told me to come here and you guys would be able to help me out alittle.

I have a 1998 neon first off.

Electrical
300amp alt
2 runs of 1/0 gage power and ground
2 Yellow tops
ect....

Amp for sub
Orion 2500d wired at 0.8ohms solid 2500w rms.

Sub
12" Re Mt dual 1.4ohms coils

Box
3 cuft after sub and port displacement
50 square inches of port area
Tuned to 35hz
Braced with 3/4 thread rod

Now my problem is that For what I got the output is not very good.
136.3 db on the Tl.

Can anyone help me out here? I know my system is capable of hitting high 140's so what am I doing wrong.
Here are all the setting on my amp and deck.

Head unit turned up to 45/63
Sub control all the way up.
Eq set to flat
Xover for sub set at 80hz
Loudness off

Amp settings
lpf 80hz 12db slope
Hpf 30hz
Intelli q set to 0
Gain set at 44.7v 0db 60hz test tone
Gain switch set on gain.

So any suggestions please dont hesitate to post.
I am out of ideas.

Did you try a lower freq, when you burped it. 60hz sounds a bit high to me with you box tuned at 35hz. My box is tuned at 63Hz and i am using 59hz.

I would say play with the port and your frequency when you burp it

My first thought, out of phase?? Have you taken an ohm meter to it and checked that? It just sounds like it is out of phase(on just the sub)..Just a thought.

Never played a 60hz tone.
That is the tone I used to set my gain.
Used a 35-60hz sweep.

Dont think I have that option.
My deck just allows me to set it at normal or inverted and it is set to normal.

xover for a sub set at 80hz is not low.

I would say turn the Deck LPF to like 110 or 120 if you can go that high, 80 is a lil low for my liking!!!

HPF's and Subsonic filters are two completely different things...
