Best/easiest way of cutting 1/0 wire

a buddy made them for me, didnt cost much cuase he made them from scrap copper he had

now, i guess i really am a super n00b but can you please explain why there is a need for SO many wires and where they all come from/are going?!?

They are for voltage drop....or lack of voltage drop!

to deliver amperage and voltage from the battery to the amps (about 800 amp draw from the 2 amps)
