Street A....

D3's are 1.6 louder then crossfire BMF1000D's @ 1/2 ohm.

Crossfire 2000D's are 1.x DB (can't remember) louder then D3's @ 1 ohm.

Ford escorts are not loud without alot of work. 146.8 so far legal. I'll catch you Rob!

Subaru Justy's are loud! 149.5 so far with 3512's. We'll do a 152/153 in a little while.

9512's are 1.1 DB loud then 3512's.

When you have a bent roof crossmember you lose .5 DB and it scares the crap out of you when the sheet metal is whaleing away.

My battery sucks.

Having 1000$ worth of aeroports to test with and lots of DD's sitiing around, Priceless!

Hope this helps people!

usefull post, thanks man.

i have gotten similar results in the 9500 vs. 3500 test.

U didnt pay that much for aero ports did u? that would be crazy. Have fun with the DD subs. I've got only two and trying to get rid of those even.

Highest i've got in Street A was 147.6 untill i got a new vehicle, this new suv is 2 db down from my old one.........more and more hours of labour are in the near future.

Good luck to u!

Not that we payed alot for the aeroports but it's just that we have a LOT of them. Something liek 20 4" and a dozen 6".

Why do you not like DD's? What do/will you use?

This SUV that does 147.6 in Street A is it the same one that does 153.x in Street C?

I think that the situation in my car. Street B would be loudest unless I can fit Street C equoptment in the in would be the lader.

yes its the same suv that did 153.x
i got a new version of exact the same truck and its not as loud, atleast not with the boxes i made for the old one.

so u got 6 inch ports? I will calling Audio FX tomorow. Whats their number again?

I dont know what subs i will use, thats kinda in the air right now. The DD are good subs but mine need to be reconed and from the looks of it it's either i pay pretty dollar for shipping to DD or i wait for a long time for Audio FX to get parts and do the recones. From what i hear constantly it is faster/easier to just buy new subs then have the DD's reconed.

"2 DD subs
Watch out street"

well considering all options for STREET A... 1-12", 2-10" or 3-8"
the 2 DD woofers could only possibly be 10"
