Yep. Chris at dbr said the 12v 14k has a shut off at 14.7v. (Which I had discovered) My car runs around 15.3-15.5. Since I changed to the 18v 14k I've had no issues. Amp plays down below 11v(Although I dont do this often lol) and takes my driving voltage just fine.

I'm no saint when it comes to being nice to my amps, subs, etc... lol

Everyday My set up sees full tilt musically and every test session sees 35+ burps minimum.
